FAKRO LMB
The LMB model is a heavy-duty trim-folding ladder rated for 375 lbs. Maximum Load Capacity tested at 3X the weight. It has an R-Value door of 3.7 with a weather seal gasket around the frame. The LMB attic ladder is also equipped with a handrail for added safety climbing up and down the stair.
Standard ladder option available for installation, generally for the garage, under ceiling height of 10’3”
The use of the metal ladder with special hinge structure guarantees high durability.
FAKRO LST
The LST model is a scissor style attic ladder with a 350 lbs. Maximum Load Capacity. The door of the LST is white, with an R-Value of 5.2 and a weather seal gasket around the frame. The accordion like mechanism that the stairs use allow you to put them in tighter access points. Another positive is the stairs operate almost like anti-gravity, only coming down when you pull on them.
Can go to a height of 10’10” (up to 2 additional steps)
Ladder is typically installed in closet or hallway of home where space is limited or access is all that is needed.
FAKRO LME
The LME is a heavy-duty attic ladder that folds in three sections very similar to the LMB. The door features a foam core door with an R-Value of 5.3 with a seal around the frame, making the ladder energy efficient. It has a 400 lbs. maximum Load Capacity, tested at 3x the weight.
This ladder is typically installed inside the home, ensuring no cold air is escaping into your hot attic!
FAKRO LMP
The LMP model is a metal, three section, folding attic ladder designed for high ceilings, up to 12ft. It contains an spring mechanism hidden in the handrail that supports the folding and unfolding of the ladder. Rated for 375 lbs. maximum Load Capacity, tested at 3X the weight. It features a white finished foam core door with an R-Value of 5.2 and a weather seal gasket surrounding the frame.
Designed to provide access to higher spaces safely by preventing top section of the ladder from swinging down quickly onto users head.
